If it is loose, you can re-attach it with a dot of Elmer's white glue and wedge something in the notch until the glue dries. or also perhaps because the glue holding the felt in the notch has come loose on one or both sides of the notch, allowing the felt to be folded or bunched into the notch. If they are not rotated, so that the oblong pin's skinniest profile is in the notch, the bushing (red felt) is too tight, possibly because the wood of the key surrounding the notch has taken on enough humidity to swell. Check them with the key out of the piano to be sure that they have not somehow rotated, which would make them fit more tightly into the notch. There are oblong, metal guide pins under the front of each key. These bushings are lined on two sides (and not the front and back of the notch) with red felt. and another square notch where the key balances in the middle of each key. If the action on a Wurli is anything like the action on a regular piano (I forget since it's been a while since I had a Wurli), the key will have square notches in the front underside of each key.
